Speaker, mute, camera flip and picture-in-picture. Record a call if you need to; it stays on your phone and the other person sees it.

Chirping is the messenger that keeps working when the signal doesn't. Phone to phone over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi nearby, and a full, end-to-end encrypted messenger online.
Chirping discovers phones nearby over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. No SIM, mobile data or Wi-Fi network needed.
Messages, photos, stickers and groups travel straight between phones within about 30–100 m. In a lecture hall, on a trek, in the metro.
Messages send themselves the moment you're back in range. And when you are online, Chirping is a full messenger.
Every message, call, story and file is end-to-end encrypted. Your chats live only on your phone, never in a cloud backup. The server relays encrypted messages and deletes each one the moment it's delivered. No ads. No trackers. No selling your data.
Sign up free with your phone number or email, find friends from your contacts, and keep everything private.

Android requires the Location permission to discover nearby devices over Bluetooth. Chirping never reads, stores or shares your location.
